DISCOVERY CALLS
Calls must be booked 48 hours in advance. A pre-call questionnaire is required 24 hours before your scheduled time. No-shows may reschedule once; second no-show requires a $50 fee.

PAYMENT TERMS
Pay-in-Full: Receive 5% discount, project starts immediately.
Payment Plans (Qualifying Clients):
- Foundation Intensive: $1,800 down + 2 payments of $1,600
- System Rescue: $1,200 down + $1,800 at Day 30
- Brand Rewrite: $1,000 down + $1,500 at Day 14
- Quick Start: $1,500 down + $2,000 at launch
- CEO Day: Full payment 7 days before intensive day

Accepted Methods: ACH (no fee), credit card (3% fee), PayPal (3.5% fee), check, wire transfer.
Late Payments: $50 fee (8-14 days), $100 fee (15+ days). Work pauses until payment received.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Before Project Starts:
- 14+ days notice: 70% deposit refunded
- 7-13 days: 50% refunded
- 4-7 days: 25% refunded 
- < 72 hours: No refund

After Project Starts:
- Within 7 days: 25% total project refund
- After 7 days: No refund (remaining payments can be waived)

Foundation Intensive Only: 30-day satisfaction guarantee—up to 50% refund if you've attended calls, completed tasks, and aren't satisfied.

REVISIONS
- Foundation Intensive: 10 rounds (90 days)
- Other Services: 1 round included
- Additional revisions: $150/hour
Submit revision requests via email within service period.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide access/materials within 48 hours-5 days as requested
- Attend scheduled calls (24-hour reschedule notice required)
- Respond to communications within 3 business days
- Complete assigned tasks by deadlines

Delays: Client delays extend timeline. 30+ day delay may result in cancellation (no refund).

OWNERSHIP & CONFIDENTIALITY
Upon full payment, client owns all deliverables. Tek Remedy may feature work in portfolio unless NDA requested. All client information treated as confidential.

LIABILITY
Tek Remedy's liability limited to amount paid. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Not liable for third-party platform issues or client implementation failures.
