PAYMENT Pay in full for 5% discount, immediate start. Payment plans available. Accepted: ACH, credit card (3%), PayPal (3.5%), check, wire. Late fees: $50 (8-14 days), $100 (15+ days). Work pauses until paid. CANCELLATION 14+ days notice: 70% refund | 7-13 days: 50% | 4-7 days: 25% | <72 hours: none. Within 7 days of project start: 25% refund. Foundation Intensive includes 30-day satisfaction guarantee (up to 50% refund). TERMS Provide materials/access within 48 hours-5 days. Attend calls with 24-hour reschedule notice.
