The Quick Start is a focused 21-day engagement that gets your business looking and operating the way it deserves to. We build you a professional website that converts visitors into inquiries, connect it to the tools you need to manage and follow up with leads, and hand everything off with training so you can run it confidently. What you receive: A professionally designed, mobile-optimized website (up to 5 pages) Lead capture and inquiry system connected to your client management tools Booking and scheduling integration A 30-minute handoff and training session Post-launch support for 30 days
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling All projects and sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A brief intake form is required prior to kickoff or session. One reschedule is accommodated with advance notice; repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking. Payment Payment plans are available on all project-based services. A late payment fee applies to balances outstanding beyond 7 days of the due date. Active work pauses on accounts with outstanding balances. Cancellations 14+ days before start: 70% refund 7–13 days before start: 50% refund 4–6 days before start: 25% refund Within 72 hours or after work begins: No refund The Foundation Intensive includes a 30-day satisfaction review at the midpoint of the engagement. Ownership All deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. Tek Remedy retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client Responsibilities Timely collaboration is essential to delivering on the timelines above. Clients agree to provide requested materials, access, and feedback within the windows outlined at project kickoff. Delays caused by late client response may extend project timelines accordingly.
