In one intensive day, we audit your entire business, align on what matters most, and build the roadmap that gets you from where you are to where you're trying to go. You'll leave knowing exactly what to prioritize, what to stop doing, and what to build next. What you receive: A pre-day intake and audit so we hit the ground running A 6-hour strategy intensive via Zoom — structured, focused, and recorded A written 90-day action roadmap delivered within 48 hours Tool and resource recommendations tailored to your stage A 30-minute follow-up call within 7 days to answer questions on the roadmap
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling All projects and sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A brief intake form is required prior to kickoff or session. One reschedule is accommodated with advance notice; repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking. Payment Payment plans are available on all project-based services. A late payment fee applies to balances outstanding beyond 7 days of the due date. Active work pauses on accounts with outstanding balances. Cancellations 14+ days before start: 70% refund 7–13 days before start: 50% refund 4–6 days before start: 25% refund Within 72 hours or after work begins: No refund The Foundation Intensive includes a 30-day satisfaction review at the midpoint of the engagement. Ownership All deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. Tek Remedy retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client Responsibilities Timely collaboration is essential to delivering on the timelines above. Clients agree to provide requested materials, access, and feedback within the windows outlined at project kickoff. Delays caused by late client response may extend project timelines accordingly.
