In 30 minutes, we'll look at where your business stands today, identify what's actually holding you back, and map out the most direct path forward, whether that involves working with Tek Remedy or not. You'll leave the call knowing exactly what you need and in what order. No pressure, no pitch, just clarity. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling All projects and sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A brief intake form is required prior to kickoff or session. One reschedule is accommodated with advance notice; repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your booking. Payment Payment plans are available on all project-based services. A late payment fee applies to balances outstanding beyond 7 days of the due date. Active work pauses on accounts with outstanding balances. Cancellations 14+ days before start: 70% refund 7–13 days before start: 50% refund 4–6 days before start: 25% refund Within 72 hours or after work begins: No refund The Foundation Intensive includes a 30-day satisfaction review at the midpoint of the engagement. Ownership All deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. Tek Remedy retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client Responsibilities Timely collaboration is essential to delivering on the timelines above. Clients agree to provide requested materials, access, and feedback within the windows outlined at project kickoff. Delays caused by late client response may extend project timelines accordingly.
