Official Rules & Terms
1. Entry Period & Eligibility
Who Can Enter:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be a business owner / entreprenuer
Previous winners (within last 90 days) are ineligible
Entry Period:
Each giveaway runs for one calendar month (e.g., February 1-28, 2026)
Entries are accepted from the 1st of each month until the 2nd saturday of each month.
Entries after the stated deadline are not eligible
One Entry Per Person: Only one entry per email address per month. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
2. How to Enter
Visit the giveaway entry form on www.tekremedy.com/monthlydraw
Fill out all required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
Confirm your agreement to these Official Rules
Confirm consent to receive email communications from Tek Remedy
Submit the form before the entry deadline
No purchase necessary. Entering the giveaway does not require any purchase, subscription, or prior business with Tek Remedy LLC.Email Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a valid, monitored email address. We cannot be held liable if we cannot reach you due to an invalid email.
3. The Prize
Prize Value & Redemption:
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Prize must be redeemed within 14 days of winner notification
If prize is not claimed within 14 days, it is forfeited and Tek Remedy has no further obligation
Prize Delivery:
Winner must respond to notification email within 48 hours to claim prize
Winner must coordinate scheduling within 7 days of claiming
Virtual prizes (consultations, workshops) conducted via Zoom
In-person prizes (photography, video) subject to geographic availability ($50 over 15 mile radius from Bowie, MD + travel fee if outside DMV area)
4. Winner Selection & Notification
Selection Process:
One winner selected at random from all eligible entries
Selection conducted by Tek Remedy using a random number generator
Selection typically occurs within 3-5 business days after entry deadline
All eligible entries have equal probability of winning
Winner Announcement:
Winner notified via email at the address provided during entry
Winner has 48 hours to respond and confirm receipt of notification
If winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected
Winner information may be announced in Tek Remedy newsletter and social media (unless winner requests privacy)
Privacy Option:
Winners may request that their name and details remain private. Email info@tekremedy.com within 24 hours of notification if you prefer not to be publicly announced.
5. Eligibility Verification & Winner Confirmation
Before prize is awarded, winner must:
Verify all information is correct (name, email, phone)
Confirm they meet all eligibility requirements
Agree to terms of prize redemption
Sign any required documentation (Tek Remedy may request this)
Disqualification: If at any time a winner is found to be ineligible, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Tek Remedy reserves the right to verify eligibility through any means necessary.
6. Data Collection & Privacy

How you heard about the giveaway
Consent to receive email communications
How We Use Your Information:
To administer the giveaway and contact winner
To add you to our email list (with your consent)
To send you relevant Tek Remedy updates and offers

Service updates
Unsubscribe Anytime: Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time with no penalty.
7. Terms & Conditions
Assumption of Risk:
Winner assumes all risk and liability related to the prize. Tek Remedy is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property related to prize use or redemption.
No Warranty:
Prize is provided "as is" without warranty. Tek Remedy does not guarantee specific results from services provided as prizes.
Dispute Resolution:
All decisions regarding giveaway administration are final and binding
Disputes will be resolved according to Maryland law
All claims must be submitted in writing to info@tekremedy.com within 30 days
Right to Disqualify:
Tek Remedy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
Violates these Official Rules
Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Harasses or acts disrespectfully toward Tek Remedy staff
Attempts to manipulate the selection process
Void Where Prohibited:
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Some states have specific giveaway/sweepstakes regulations. Entry confirms you reside in a jurisdiction where this giveaway is legal.
8. Cancellation & Changes to Rules
Right to Cancel: Tek Remedy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify this giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unforeseen circumstances
Legal or regulatory requirements
Force majeure events
If cancelled, all eligible entries up to the point of cancellation will be honored, and a winner selected from those entries.
Rule Changes: These Official Rules may be modified at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
