Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking and Payment: The Discovery Dive Consulting service is a paid 60-minute virtual consultation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 3 full days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and only up to 50% of the payment can be refunded. If you fail to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 3 full days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled appointment time will be accommodated at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee, and the remaining 50% of the payment will be applied to the new appointment. Service Delivery: All Discovery Dive Consulting services are delivered virtually, with no physical delivery of services. Tek Remedy staff will provide the consultation and guidance during the scheduled appointment time. Intellectual Property: All materials, insights, and recommendations provided during the any Consulting session are the intellectual property of Tek Remedy and are intended solely for the client's use. Confidentiality: Tek Remedy respects the confidentiality of its clients' information and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the consultation without explicit consent. Limitation of Liability: Tek Remedy's liability for any damages arising from any Consulting service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
